PONS Business School and ISDE have designed a master’s degree that will allow you to become a key player in the market with more demand, making your passion your profession.
Specialize in one of the sectors of the future with the endorsement of one of the oldest schools in the field, one of the programs of reference for all the professionals of the law linked to the management and protection of intangibles both in the national and international scene -accredited by the recognized solvency of PONS IP, international leader in topics of industrial and intellectual property for more than 70 years-, as well as the endorsement of a wide group of professionals coming from the main companies and leading institutions in our country.
Through this Master, you will be able to enter the vanguard of a rapidly expanding legal practice, which demands more and more professionals who are solidly trained in all aspects related to the management of intangibles, both on a legal and management level.

DURATION: One academic year
STRUCTURE
Two phases:
Phase one: Classroom instruction:
- A full academic year.
- Classes from Monday to Thursday, in the afternoon
- Some mornings per week students will attend conferences and practical sessions in offices and institutions collaborating with ISDE, with offices in the city of Madrid.
- Fridays will be dedicated to personal study, group work and workshops.
Second phase: Integration in internships:
- Obligatory phase. One academic semester in law firms or legal departments of big companies collaborating with PONS and ISDE (more than 250) at national and international level.

- Derecho de la competencia: marco teórico, supuestos, ejemplos, discusiones,…
- Análisis económico de carteles.
- Prácticas colusorias. Carteles. Abuso de dominio. Prácticas agresivas: engaño, confusión.
- Desleales consumidores.
- Fundamentos teóricos y prácticos: Competencia desleal.
- Publicidad (16 horas).
Módulo Signos Distintivos, Diseño Industrial y Marca Personal.
- Introducción a los signos distintivos: marcas: concepto y funciones. Vías de protección: nacional, comunitaria, internacional. Armonización.
- Marcas colectivas y de garantía. Marca renombrada. Nulidad de marcas.
- Protección contra la piratería en España: tipo penal y evolución jurisprudencial. Lucha contra la piratería en las aduanas.
- Diseño comunitario e internacional.
Módulo Propiedad Intelectual y Nuevas Tecnologías.
- Derechos de Autor. Derechos afines. Los derechos de artistas y productores.
- La obra audiovisual. Regulación legal, autores, productores. La figura del productor.
- La industria musical: Contratos, discográficas y editoriales, música en directo.
- Entidades de gestión. SGAE y AIE.
- Videojuegos
- Software, aspectos legales especial referencia a las Apps y contratos de software.
- Protección de datos.

TÍTULO ACREDITATIVO
Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
