Introducción y objetivos
The professional who wants to give a better advice to his clients must do it not only from a deep knowledge of his field of expertise, but also knowing the context and the objectives of his clients and the means that the firm he is working for puts at his disposal.
This double qualification makes it easier for its students to achieve this double goal. With a sufficient knowledge of the global nature of the services provided to the client, they will be able to better integrate their work with that of the entire advisory team, in which their specialized work will not be limited to the mere payment of taxes, but rather to a true integral planning, for the best service to the client.
To achieve these objectives, there is nothing better than to have the leading firms take charge of your training and confront you with real cases, in a real environment.

Estructura, localización y calendario
CAMPUS: Madrid
DURATION: 18 months
STRUCTURE
Two stages:
- Stage One: On-site instruction
- One academic year for Master of Access in Law and one academic semester for the Master in International Tax Advice
- Master of Access in Law: Classes take place Monday to Friday.
- Master in International Tax Advice: Classes take place Monday to Thursday.
- Certain mornings, students will attend lectures and practical sessions at ISDE’s offices and / or collaborating institutions, with offices in Madrid (Spain).
- The Master in International Tax Advice includes an academic stay at the University of Miami.
- Stage Two: Internship
- Mandatory and unique stage for both programs after completing the Master of Access in Law. Internships will take place at firms or legal departments of large national and international ISDE collaborating companies (more than 250). Internships are validated for both programs.

Master of access to the practice of law
The cloister will be composed of:
– University teaching staff, with preference for those who can demonstrate experience in professional practice, for example, by being members of the Law Firm and in any case with permanent and stable links with the Universidad Carlos III and the Il.lustre Col.legi d’Advocats deTerrassa.
– Practising lawyers with more than three years of professional experience, belonging to the companies and professional offices that collaborate with the Course. For the selection of these professionals, ISDE counts on the experience of its many years of teaching similar programs, which has allowed it to select not only those who are the most outstanding specialists in the different branches of law, but also those who have demonstrated their capacity to transmit to the students the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in their professional practice.
This combination of the teaching staff of one of the most prestigious universities and of professionals with a well-earned reputation in the professional and teaching field, guarantees that the students are in the best hands for their training as top-level lawyers.

TÍTULO ACREDITATIVO
Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
