Introducción y objetivos
The Master’s Degree in Sports Management and Legal Skills, from ISDE and Barça Innovation Hub, has been designed for graduates in Business Administration, Law and Economics, as well as for professionals from other fields who wish to develop their careers in the world of sports and professional athletes who, after having retired from competition, aspire to continue in the sports field as managers.
With a faculty composed of some of the most renowned professionals in the international sports industry, this master’s degree equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as sports managers, providing a solid legal foundation and a global perspective on the sector..
The association with Barça Innovation Hub, part of F.C. Barcelona, offers students a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of various sports disciplines. It provides them with direct insights from top professionals working at the highest level in the industry.
The Master’s includes an optional sports week in Switzerland, where you will visit FIFA headquarters and FIFA Museum, Olympic Museum, IIHF, FIM ,FIBA, CAS, Barça Academy in Zurich). Students will attend a graduation ceremony and cocktail reception on the last day. They will all receive diploma and academic transcript.

STRUCTURE
Two phases:
Phase one: Academic:
- One academic semester in the classroom, dedicated to practical classes with outstanding professionals of the sector.
- Classes from Monday to Thursday, in the afternoon.
- Some mornings per week students will attend conferences and practical sessions in offices and institutions collaborating with ISDE, with offices in the city of Barcelona.
- Fridays dedicated to personal study, group work and workshops.
- The Master in Sports Management & Legal Skills with Barça Innovation Hub includes an educational stay in Switzerland, visiting the most important international sports institutions and some of the specialized firms, located in that country.
Second phase: Integration in internships:
- Compulsory phase. Between 3 to 6 months in law firms, clubs or sports institutions.

Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
